Short rules to keep everyone safe and kind.

This policy applies to users accessing knowyu services, including the application, website, associated products, and communication channels managed by BizCommit Solution. By submitting personal information and using the service, you consent to processing in accordance with this policy.

Ownership of Rights

  • Users do not acquire ownership rights over platform IP by accessing or downloading content.

Consent

  • By registering and using knowyu, users consent to collection, processing, storage, and handling of information in India.
  • For minors, parent/guardian consent is deemed at registration and continued use.
  • By submitting content, users grant knowyu a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content within service operations.
  • If an account is deleted, certain published material may continue to exist where required for platform integrity, legal obligations, or discussion continuity.

Exclusive Service

  • By maintaining an account, users explicitly consent to camera and microphone access where required for video sessions and related learning interactions.

Knowyu May Disclose Information In The Following Situations

  • To enforce Terms of Use and investigate potential violations.
  • To protect platform rights, user safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To respond to legally compliant government or judicial requests.

Updates to Policy

Limitation of Liability

  • knowyu does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of all platform surfaces at all times.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, knowyu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination and legal action where applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Purchased online services are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • If a user buys the wrong batch/service, a same-value change request may be raised within 10 days of purchase.
  • For shipped materials, damaged or lost packages by courier are eligible for replacement.
  • Incorrect address submission or refused delivery is not eligible for refund.
